Madhukar Venkataramiah is the founder and Managing Director of MyShore IT solutions. Madhu is a serial entrepreneur and brings in with him profound managerial experience gained over two decades, working for large and reputed organizations across the globe.

Madhu has shouldered senior responsibilities heading organizations along IT, Retail, Aerospace and manufacturing verticals. Madhu has strong exposure to corporate governance, general and HRM with specific focus towards team building and growing large organizations.

In his immediate past engagement, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Indian operations for a large IT and BPO services company. He was responsible of complete delivery function of IT and BPO services catering to global customers.

Madhukar is a keen enthusiast of sports and an avid reader of fictions, legal journals and loves music.

Co-founder & CEO

Shiva P Chandra is the co-founder and CEO of MyShore IT Solutions. Shiva has over 25 years of experience in Information technology operations. He has been involved in the management of integration of multiple acquisitions as part of his role at CBSI/Covansys and Computer Sciences Corp for over 13 years. Shiva played multiple roles and recently was a Client and Delivery Partner. He has lead several initiatives at CSC including a Global Task Force that was setup to reengineer various global processes and re-energize the troops.

Shiva commenced his career as a Systems Analyst at BFL Software designing software for an Airline major. His other engagements included working on an Enterprise Work Management System for a Nuclear Power Plant in the US and Chief Operating Officer of a Telecom major based out of US.

Shiva has extensive experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecom and Utilities verticals. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Six sigma green belt.

Shiva holds a B.E degree in computer Science and post-graduate Diploma in marketing management from University of Mysore. When not working, he is out travelling with his wife and two sons.

Co-founder & Director

Ranganathan A K is a co-founder of MyShore IT Solutions Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981, Ranganathan has vast industrial experience having worked in several manufacturing and IT industries in and around Mysore. During this time, Ranganathan had the opportunity to co-ordinate and work with leading financial institutions like IDBI, IFCI, KSIIDC, KSFC and several Banks.

Ranganathan started his practice from 1986 and over the last 25 years has had vast experience in guiding several companies on corporate governance and finance.Ranganathan, with his vast experience guides MyShore on its Finance, Accounting and Administration areas.

Mr. Ranganathan has served the Mysore Branch of Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as the Secretary for 6 years from 1984 to 1990. He has organized various levels of Seminars and conferences for the benefit of the professionals.

Ranganathan is also associated with a number of Charitable and Religious Trusts as Auditor or Trustee and serves these organizations selflessly.

Marketing Head

Debraj Sanyal is the Head of Sales & Marketing of MyShore IT Solutions and presently driving the LeanRP initiative globally. He has more than 15 years of Global experience in HealthCare - Pharmaceuticals – FMCG sector.

He started his career in a small Queensland Town called Warwick in Australia working as a QC Chemist for Mediherb. Since then he has worked in various multinational companies across the globe including his assignment as Asia Pacific Director of Quality Operations at 3M HealthCare. His area of responsibility included Far East, South East Asia, South Africa and Australasia. He has driven number of LIMS and ERP platforms in various companies he has worked for .

While being associated with various global healthcare bodies at the capacity of both internal and external consultant, he has personally initiated the CGENIX chapter in India. Besides his key strengths of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, he has gathered corporate experience in Merger & Acquisition – Global Manufacturing & Licensing, Strategic Planning and Operations Management – Manufacturing, Quality & Regulatory, Six Sigma & Project Management, Outsourcing & Supply Chain Management, New Product Launch and Enterprise Market Performance Management - Profitability, Bottom Line Contribution & Cash Flow. In recent years he has also seen through multiple international FMCG brand launches in Indian retail sectors – both traditional and modern trade format.
